I’m a certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School, a school on the cutting edge of life coaching and thought leadership.

I have over three years of coaching experience, a BA in Psychology, a law degree, 3 kiddos, and a golden doodle named Sadie.

At the start of my divorce every single professional, podcast, and book told me to prepare for a long, expensive, horrible, traumatic, contentious, high conflict experience.

I decided this would NOT be my experience.  I got clear on how I was going to show up and committed to my vision.  Five months later our mediated final divorce decree was signed by the judge.
