Enough
If you struggle with always feeling like you don't have enough time, energy, sleep, progress, success, action it might help to think about it this way:
A glass that is filled halfway is ALWAYS half full AND half empty.
Both are true at the exact same time.
If you don't have or do enough it's only because your brain is trained to see the glass one way only. You can TOTALLY shift the lens with intentional thinking and belief.
How is it ENOUGH already?
You get to decide that it is enough. Success isn't built on self-loathing. It's built on self-compassion and self-love. It's built on a glass half full.
