When you feel your emotions, you’re in control. When you avoid them, they control you.

It blew my mind.
It blows my clients’ minds.

When you FINALLY sit down and allow the stress to come, rage, threaten and do NOTHING but breath….it immediately loses it’s authority.

It sounds like just an easy thing to do, but it is so challenging.
