What You Do Doesn’t Matter…

Stress doesn’t come from what you’re doing.  It comes from what you’re thinking while you do it.

In fact, it does not matter what you do.

Ever tried to watch a movie or read a book while you feel stressed? Not really refreshing or enjoyable.

The act of watching a movie or reading a book doesn’t work because the stress you are feeling doesn’t come from what you’re doing.

Stress is a feeling that comes from your thoughts, not your actions.  So you’re going to experience even relaxing things in a stressful state.
