After Post-Partum

There is a glaring lack of support for moms after the postpartum and toddler phases of motherhood.

It’s as if all of a sudden things are supposed to be easy and you’re supposed to be doing great.

“Oh isn’t it great they’re all in school now?  What will you do with yourself?” This expectation is tone deaf to the actual experience of motherhood.

Every single phase of motherhood comes with its own sets of challenges.  It doesn’t magically get easy when kids turn a certain age or go to school.

The postpartum and toddler phases of parenting are physically demanding and exhausting.  They push you to do things you didn’t realize you were capable of on less sleep than you imagined was possible.

As your kids get older, the physical demands lessen but the emotional demands increase exponentially.  You may never have caught up physically from the first phase of motherhood, you may be having more babies and in multiple phases at once.

I want you to know that I see you striving to meet these demands with extraordinary standards.  I see you trying every damn day to do your best and beating yourself up when you feel like you fall short.

I know you’re desperate to feel better…more rested, relaxed, and in control of your time.  You’re wondering how to reclaim that part of you that is a to-do list slayer, goal setter, bad ass.

The solution?  My 3 month program: The Stressed Mom.  There isn’t any other program (to my knowledge) that addresses the continued stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and exhaustion that follows moms out of the toddler phase.

If you’re ready to grow into a new way of mothering that feels better and accommodates your incredible Type-A kick-ass personality, click here to read exactly how to do that.
